1. Studio Enrollment & Participation
Class Registration: All students must be registered prior to attending class through our official customer portal.
Liability & Waivers: A signed liability waiver and photo release preference (completed during Sawyer checkout) are required for all participating students before attending any in-person classes, rehearsals, or events.
2. SMS / Mobile Messaging Program
By opting in to receive text messages from Rikud Movement Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Program Description: Subscribers will receive transactional SMS communications (such as enrollment confirmations, class reminders, weather/schedule updates, and account alerts) as well as promotional messages regarding upcoming workshops, sessions, studio news, or special events.
Opt-In Method: You opt in to our SMS program by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS opt-in consent box during registration or checkout on our platform.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on studio activity, your enrolled classes, and promotional updates.
Opt-Out & Support: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out. Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Cancellations, Refunds & Billing
Tuition billing, class credits, and makeup policies are governed by our studio administrative guidelines as outlined during enrollment in our studio booking portal.
4. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.
